6 Free Breast Hat Knitting Patterns (For Breastfeeding Mothers)
It’s almost the weekend, and we’re back today with more fun, lovely and most of all, free, knitting patterns for you to enjoy and keep you inspired.
If you’ve missed out on the pattern posts we shared here at KnittingWomen.com in the past weeks, here’s a quick roundup of what is available for you to enjoy so far: 33 Baby Blankets, 50 Baby Booties, 30 Chunky Blankets and Afghans, 27 Cushion Covers, 20 Tea Cosies and 35 Items for Premature Babies.
Today we’re sharing 6 knitting patterns for a very particular and unique item, and one which again (similar to last week) is for new mothers. In fact today we have for you 6 different knitting patterns for breast hats, which have gained quite a lot of popularity lately, and which make the perfect accessory for breastfeeding mothers! These are hats, which are knitted to resemble breasts, which are put on babies while these darlings are being breastfed. A truly original idea to help cover things up, and indirectly also promote breastfeeding. Definitely something that will not appeal to everyone, but perhaps to most 🙂
Enjoy these patterns, and happy knitting!

Please note: Each link points you to the page where you can access the free knitting pattern; again all these have been checked so as to ensure they are totally free of charge at the time of publishing. Some websites might require that you register with them before being able to access the pattern, but this is also free.
The 3rd pattern “breast hat pattern” is Not free…its $4.00.. Please take it off as “free pattern”.
Must have been changed to paid after posting! It’s been replaced with a free one now 🙂 Thanks for pointing this out.
