How to Knit a Traditional Blanket (Video Class Ideal for Beginners)

Another day, and another video tutorial we’d like to showcase today, featuring one of our favorite projects from one of the amazing knitting experts found online and in various YouTube channels. We like to showcase these tutorial videos every now and again in an effort to help you improve your knitting skills, by easily following these knit-a-long videos.

The online knitting class we’ve chosen today is provided by Yarnspirations, which is a great website that includes various knitting patterns, and where you can also shop for yarn, accessories, books and more.

Today’s you can can follow expert knitter Kristen Mangus, of GoodKnit Kisses, as she creates the classic Blanket using Bernat Softee Chunky yarn. The pattern for this blanket is of course available to download for free by clicking here.

We’ve chosen to showcase this project today because is features a beginner pattern, that makes it easy for anyone to pick up a pair of knitting needles!
